Zach Meiborg
President & CEO
Zach grew up in the business — literally. He rode in his dad's truck as a kid, worked the docks as a teenager, and learned every role from the ground up before taking over as CEO in 2010. Under his leadership, Meiborg has grown from a regional carrier to a full-service logistics operation with 550+ trucks, 3.5 million sq ft of warehouse space, and a reputation for doing things right. He still answers his own phone.

Operations
The team that keeps 550+ trucks moving, every day, across 48 states. Route planning, load optimization, and real-time problem-solving — this is where the standard gets maintained.
Driver Leadership
Not dispatchers — driver leaders. Each one manages a small group of drivers, knows them by name, and plans loads with their home time in mind. Many came from the seat themselves.
Warehouse Operations
Managing 3.5 million square feet across seven facilities. Receiving, storage, fulfillment, and shipping — with the precision and accountability that enterprise clients demand.
Safety & Compliance
98.7% on-time delivery doesn't happen by accident. Our safety team maintains DOT compliance, manages driver training, and ensures every truck on the road meets the Meiborg standard.
Meiborg Enterprises
Our own full-service diesel repair and towing operation. Preventive maintenance, breakdown response, DOT inspections, and trailer repair — all in-house, all on campus.
